I stayed at the hotel with mixed feelings. The rooms were extremely small and not comfortable but being located on the main street through town to Montauk was a plus. The service was excellent and friendly, although the dining experience was not suitable for me. Overall, it was in a really great location but I found the rooms to be like the houses of the village.

The hotel is like a charming village house with rooms that are extremely small and not comfortable, requiring you to climb up a flight of stairs. The service was excellent and friendly, with staff assisting me with my luggage to a second-floor room. The location is right in the heart of East Hampton, near local restaurants, theaters, and iconic spots. However, the non-vegetarian dining options didn't work for me, and the facilities were merely passable.

The hotel is located on the main street through town to Montauk, expected in a historic building, with the positive for the location right in the heart of East Hampton and near Starbucks and the UA theaters where many of the films screen. The rooms are up a flight of stairs to the town and beaches and are extremely small and not comfortable, at all, which still required stairs.
